Professional experience
Product leadership for complicated problems.
I’m a product and experience strategy leader with 8+ years of consulting experience building and scaling products across healthcare, public sector, and enterprise environments.
I’m especially interested in complicated systems — the kinds where customer needs, business priorities, technology, regulation, and organizational realities all have to work together. My work has evolved from large-scale technology delivery into experience strategy, product leadership, AI-enabled products, and healthcare transformation.
The through-line
Making sense of messy systems.
Across very different industries and organizations, the work has usually started in the same place: a complicated problem, a lot of competing perspectives, and no obvious answer.
I’ve built my career around creating clarity in those environments — understanding the problem worth solving, connecting strategy to execution, and helping multidisciplinary teams move toward a shared direction.
Complicated problems rarely need more noise. They need better questions.

Helping organizations shift from reactive feature delivery toward clearer product thinking and outcome-oriented execution.
How I work
Clarity before complexity.
Ask better questions
The problem you were handed isn’t always the problem worth solving.
Connect the dots
Customer needs, business priorities, technology, data, and organizational realities are parts of the same system.
Make ideas tangible
Frameworks, journeys, prototypes, and stories help teams see the same future before they build it.
Bring people with you
Good product leadership is as much about alignment and trust as it is about making the right product decision.
What’s next
I’m still interested in the messy problems.
Especially the ones involving healthcare, AI, complex systems, changing organizations, and products that genuinely matter to the people using them.
